Our story

The Secret's in the Sauce.

Tommy Sugo started with one pot of sauce and a stubborn idea: if the sauce is right, the rest follows.

Roma tomatoes, confit garlic and a spice blend years in the perfecting, slow-cooked for seven hours. It goes on hand-rolled thin bases, into the shakshuka and into the bolognese. Falafel and shawarma are the same obsession, just wrapped differently.

Do you deliver?

Pizza, yes. It comes from our dark kitchen in [AREA] through Uber Eats and Mr D. See where we deliver. Falafel, shawarma, pasta and the rest are on the truck only.

Can I collect from the kitchen?

Yes, pizzas from the dark kitchen in [AREA], at the menu's Collect prices. Items with an Add button on the menu can be ordered right here.

Can I buy the sauce?

Yes. Jars of the sauce and frozen pizzas are in the Shop, for delivery or to collect at the truck.

Who sets the delivery fee?

Your app does. Fees and app prices may differ from this site.

Gluten-free or vegan?

Any pizza on a gluten-free base, R40 extra. Vegan cheese on any pizza, R40 extra. The falafel is vegan as it comes.
